I came into the Hogs Head carrying my own glass more so because of the satisfaction that I got from seeing the owner's agnry expression than from any actual concern over the hygiene of silverware that was used. I tried to contain my amusement for fear of being kicked out...I took a booth on my own in the corner just because I liked the privacy of booths but not because I was actually expecting anyone to come in and join me.

"Excuse me... may a sit here?" Nero asked in his quiet voice. Whenever he came to the Hog's Head, this is where he would sit. Just because there was someone else there didn't mean he was going to not sit there. It was funny, Nero never came here to actually drink anything, he came here to write. Each child in his family seemed to have some sort of talent and passion for something. Nero's was writing, Chaos's was drawing and no one was quite sure what kind of useful talent Noah had. Unless flirting has somehow became useful.

I looked up at the boy asking to sit and smiled brightly at him. He seemed nice enough so I said yes. "Of course. I'm Poseia. Poseia Haggas. And you are?" He looked cute, and then I noticed his right arm. It was huge! It looked like the arm of a small dragon. "Wow! Is that real?" I asked sounding more curious and fascinated than disgusted. It didn't bother me that his arm looked like that. I had plenty of mixed breed relatives and plenty of them that liked to dabble in alchemy which had given them very interesting appearances, so this was nothing to me.

"Poseia? Wow, I've never heard that name before. I'm Nero Menta," he replied with a small, shy smile. He really wasn't the best at talking to people. When the girl asked if his arm was real he seemed to jump a bit. He pulled his long sleeve over his arm and looked to the ground. If he hadn't lost his gloves that he wouldn't have to be walking around with his arm revealed. Thankfully he had long sleeves. "Oh, ummm... yes, it's real."

I could tell I'd touch a sore spot with him about the arm, so I decided the nicest thing to do was ignore it. "Oh...cool. Well...yes, many people haven't heard that name before. Well, at least not like that. I was named after Poseidon the Greek god of the seas. The Romans knew him as Neptune and over the centuries, superstitious sailors called him Triton. He's a fitting namesake don't you think...for a half-mermaid..." I said smiling brightly at him as he sat down.

"Yes, I guess Poseia would suit a mermaid," Nero agreed as he looked at the notebook he had brought here. "Nothing special about the name Nero though. I don't even know what it means and I don't even know why my mother gave me the name. She must have thought it sounded cool or something."

I giggled. "I think it's a pretty cool name." I said smiling at him. "A cool name that fits such a cute person." I told him as I sat back in my chair and drank some water. I had originally wanted some Butterbeer, but I instead, had opted for water. It was better for you, and I had become accustomed to it to the point that it was just a personal preference.

"You mean a cute name that fits such a feminine person," Nero corrected her. He hated looking so feminine. Because he looked liks such, he was treated as the girl in the family. He's been treated like that ever since their mother passed away.

I shrugged while shaking my head. "I don't think so...but then again I can tell a cute guy from a few miles away..." I said giggling. I smiled at him. "Actually. You somewhat remind me of another student I met yesterday who was the Slytherin Prefect...You don't know anyone named Noah Menta do you?" I tilted my head. "That's with the exception of your personalities...he was one of the biggest flirts I've ever met who wasn't a veela..." I said laughing.

"Noah Menta? Well, if my memory is correct... earlier on I said that my name was Nero Menta. So yes, I know Noah," Nero replied to the girl as he began stroking the scales on his dragon hand, it was something he did when he was bored. "And now that you've told me that the Noah you know is a major flirt, I can be sure that we are speaking of the same boy. Noah flirts with every single girl he meets and continuosly tells them all that he was destined to be with them. They always dump him when they find out that he's cheating on them with at least three other women. If my memory is correct, he has three girl friends right now... unless they all dumped him."

I couldn't help but burst into laughter when he told me that. "Oh....so he's a pathological flirt and womanizer? Well...I expected as much. It's too bad though. He was cute too though very direct. That's the funniest thing I've heard all day. So...Nero..it is Nero right? Are you anything like your brother? I'm assuming your brothers because the sibling love sounds so evident in your description of him..." I said, my voice dripping with sarcasm at the statement. I hadn't heard anything that spelled rivalry more than that in a long time.

"Ya... sibling love. But, no, I'm nothing like either of my brothers. One's a flirtatious pig and the other is a self righteous jerk," Nero admitted to her as he crossed his arms. He considered himself be to the nice and quiet brother, which was normally true. But everyone was always mean sooner or later, even him.

I laughed at his description and gave him a knowing look. "SO...which brother are you then? Other than the cute one?" I asked him flirting midly.

"I would be the normally quiet, kind and intelligent one," Nero told her as he looked down at his messed up hand. He would only ever really speak when spoken to. And he could be a bit mean from time to time. "Well... I'm second most intelligent, actually." His eldest brother was a genius.

"Wow...you guys are competitive huh? I said laughing. "So Nero. Do you want anything to drink?" I asked since we were in a pub.
