Siren was making her normal rounds through Hogsmeade during a trip she was "chaperoning" with some of the other professors. She didn't know why they bothered calling it that when all the they really did was go out and have as much fun and relaxation as the students....particularly in the pubs. Siren tried to smile to herself when that thought came to mind, but she somehow couldn't shake the feeling that something was a little off kilter. It was strange enough that she was out during daylight hours when she would normally be resting for the night, but something had prodded her awake and made her volunteer for this trip, completely shocking her coworkers. Even now as she looked around at those enjoying the beautiful day without a care in the entire world, she found it hard to put this sense of foreboding aside and enjoy herself. It just felt like the very air around her was charged with a sense of coming danger...Siren apprehensively gripped her wand a little tighter.....

Altera had spent the entire day in Hogsmeade thinking of the best way to carry out Courtney's plan when he spotted a group of teachers from the school. One of them in particular caught his eye as he scanned through them, it was Siren Wilson, the very person who turned him into a vampire back in Transylvania. Altera kept to the shadows as he trailed the group of teachers, making sure that he wasn't spotted. He knew that this was the perfect opportunity to execute the plan.

I was strolling through Hogsmeade on orders from Dumbledore. I was checking for anything suspisious and to this point everything checked out, until I saw him. The man stalking slowly around after the Deputy Headmistress and the students. I slowly walked around so that he would not spot me as I studied his movement. Being a werewolf I could smell the man as something else, a vampire. I knew that it would be a tragic mistake to attempt to take him down quietly. Even going head-to-head with him would bwe a challenge, the two immortal races in a lock out battle, it would last for hours, and with the moon 83% full, it would make him trying to kill me even harder. I slipped into the alley and counted to ten to get my thoughts under control.

Siren had just noticed the swift movement of a body going down the nearest alley way before it was gone. My God that was fast!! She thought to herself as her mind ran down the incredibly short list of creatures that were fast enough to evade her eye sight in that manner, if only for a moment. Only two came to mind: a werewolf near transformation or transformed and another vampire. She was almost positive it was the former rather than the latter, but she wasn't too concerned. The day a full-blooded, aged vampire like herself couldn't take on a wolf would be the day she turned into an Erkling. What she was concerned about was the creature who was following them in the shadows. She stopped behind her students and urged them on with the other teachers and motioned for them to go into the nearest stores. The instructors did so with confused expressions, and Siren ducked into an alley way believing that she was the target. If there was to be a fight, it would happen away from humans. Her face contorted as the skin clinched around her jaw and eyes, which turned a crimson red. Her fangs exposed themselves and the nails on her hands became sharper than daggers. Her body went instinctively went into a battle ready position, and she waited for her adversary.

I slipped out of the Alley and noticed that everbody had left except for Altera. The sun was starting to set and I knew that it wouldn't be long before there would be a fight. I could smell it in the air. I slid out of my suit jacket and hung it on the street sign as I rolled up my sleeves. I took my wand out of the band in my pants and moved forward slowly. I aimed my wand at the death eater and moved to the right, making sure to keep him from seeing me. If I could wait until the peak of the full moon which was approaching fast, I could take him without needing Siren or Albus.

(not taking off your shoes?? Hmm...that's going to pose a problem later don't you think?)
As darkness crept even closer, Siren could feel the relief of knowing soon the students would be leaving for the night and would be safe. All she had to do was hold her adversary at bay long enough to allow them a safe leave. If she killed before they were completely safe on Hogwart's grounds then the blood lust and fighting frenzy would.....she didn't want to think about it. Her nostrils flared, and her mind began to race as she caught the acrid stench of a were about to transform. Great. She thought to herself as she contemplated keeping a vampire busy over here while still keeping a werewolf from rampaging in the streets. She just assumed today wasn't her day. Then, as she registered the smell in her mind, she noticed there was familiar note in it. Her snarling lips couldn't resist curling into a terrifying grin. She knew this particular canine, and she also knew that tonight might be a little more fun than she thought.

The Hogsmeade trip was pretty much going like most others and was the most uneventful we'd ever had in my opinion. The teachers had started acting somewhat flustered for a second but they soon got everything back into some kind of order among themselves. That was when the first strange thing happened. Professor Siren disappeared suddenly. It was weird; I could have sworn she was walking behind a group of instructors and third year Ravenclaws, but then all of a sudden she was gone. That made me wonder: she normally wasn't very unusual and other than her almost unnatural beauty and palish skin, she seemed pretty much average. But come to think of it, she was a little too average:-:-:in a kind of, well, purposeful way. It was the strangest realization ever, but it had nothing on what came next. While I was leaning against a shop window, I looked up and noticed a strange, big man starting to act weirdly. He was a handsome fellow who took off his jacket and pulled out his wand like he was about to duel someone. I looked around and realized I was one of the few students left who wasn't on their way back and one of the few people paying attention to what was going on. I turned back to watch the man and pulled out my own wand thinking maybe this trip was going to be a bit more eventful than I'd thought.

Altera swore under his breath when Siren noticed him. He had hoped this would be easy, but it appeared that there would be a full on fight. He pulled out his wand and a prepared to fight. He was ecstatic at the thought of a bloody battle in the middle of Hogsmeade and he had to bite down on his wrist to calm down some. The skin broke under the pressure of his teeth and he drank the blood greedily. He finished his 'meal' and headed into the alley where Siren was and spoke softly from the shadows, "So we meet again, Siren." A grin plastered on his face and blood dripping from the corners of his mouth. "What a pleasure that I will get to kill you once and for all."

I kicked off my shoes and tore off my shirt. The sun was now fully down and the moon was shining bright. I ran into the alley opposite Siren and Altera as I gegan to change. Within minutes I was fully transformed, a majestic beast ready for a bloody reign. Having taken the Wolfsbane potion earlier in the evening, I was able to keep my sanity and go after the right one, controlling the rage not to harm the students. I ran out of the alley and as quietly as I could crept up behind Altera. I lept from the shadows behind him, paws spread wide, trowing my entire body at him. I landed on the ground, Altera had moved, he was extremely fast, faster in fact then a normal human. Maybe Siren and I would have a hard time with this particular vampire. I growled as I got up off the ground. I thought about Albus, knowing he would want to know of the attack. I looked towards the serine castle and gave my call, a mixture of howling and roars.

I was in Honeydukes, buying some assorted candies for my staff when I heard the distinct call of one of my Order members, Russ the werewolf. I quickly put all the candy down and strode out side, heading for the call. As I swept towards the alley, I slipped my wand out, running my long fingers along the groves and notches that had been cut in when taken from the Elder tree. I gripped it firmly and swept my robes to the side, allowing for more free movement. I saw Siren, Russ, and the death eater known as Altera Neco, a servant of the dark lord, famous for his cruel rituals. I rushed in and...

As soon as the scent of Neco's blood filled the air, Siren lost all focus and was gone. Then Russ and the Headmaster showed up and all she could think was No!! He's mine!! I want~I need to drink![/i] She'd been fighting the urges and her natural instincts for too long. She needed to kill a being~not an animal:-:-:she needed to feast on its flesh, and she needed to drink to her heart's content. "Albus! Russ! Leave now! Get the students to safety and take care of any friends he brought with him!" She couldn't even recognize her own voice with the blood lust that was inside it. In a deadly soft voice she said "I killed him once. I can easily kill him again." Then before any could blink, Siren was standing in front of Neco, her hand around his throat lifting him into the air. Her sight was blinded by the crimson red of her eyes. "Neco...your blood smells delicious. I will enjoy feasting on your flailing corpse!"

As soon as I rushed out the door even stranger things started to occur. There was this random hairy blur that darted down an alleyway and before I could go check it out, there were students screaming and running amok everywhere. I started directing them in the best manner I could as Head Girl "Everyone! Please calm yourselves and make your way back to the castle! Go this way! This way! You there....stop running in circles and go with Lovegood back towards Hogwarts!" I said firmly but comfortingly to a young Ravenclaw. That's when it happened. A narrow beam of red light went whizzing past my face and stopped a nearby bird in flight. I turned with a ferocious expression on my face and looked straight into the eyes of a Death Eater. Before another curse or spell could be uttered by my counterpart, I had my wand pointed between his eyes yelling "Furnunculus!!" He shot back a few feet covered in boils. I noticed that the crowd of students was thinning out revealing more black robed figures running after them. I gathered my robes, readied my wand, and prepared myself for more attacks.

I knew that Altera's speed would easily allow him to escape from Siren's grip and that she would not be able to take im down alone. I shot my wand out and pointed it to the store in which the Head Girl was. I sent out a Patronus, a brilliant silver phoenix, which shot through the glass and flew to the top of the room. The beak opened and said, "ATTENTION, all students and staff shall immediatly return to Hogwart's castle. This trip is over. Shopkeepers, if you would please show the students through the back door and send them on their way. Lock your doors and do not come out, unless you are willing to risk your life." The silvery patronus disappeared and the people burst into excitement. I returned my sight to focus on the battle.

At last it was time. Neco had done everything according to plan. The town was in a frenzy, the Death Eaters were cursing, hexing, and killing without mercy, and Albus Dumbledore had finally shown up to protect his precious students. As an added bonus, the Vampiress wench and an Order werewolf were there as well. Courtney licked her generous lips with an expression of mixed hunger, anticipation, excitement, and revelry. This was what she lived for. Chaos, destruction, death, mayhem, and vengeance. Today- Siren Wilson would die and Dumbledore would meet his downfall. It was too bad neither of them had any idea it was coming. With wand at the ready, a special potion at hand, and in the body of a dear friend of Albus who was currently resting six feet under; she made her way swiftly into town and took out two Death Eaters with one blow.

I snarled as I jumped up and ran after three of the death eaters that had just appeared. I lunged and took down one, crashing him to the ground. I snapped at his neck, gloriously delirious with the blood that came gushing out. There was no salvation for this man, he would not be turned, he would simply bleed out. I turned to the other two and ran them down, snapping at every part of them that I could reach.
